Strictly's Tilly Ramsay says she's banned from TV chef dad Gordon’s restaurants

Strictly Come Dancing’s Tilly Ramsay has revealed that she has never been to her dad’s Michelin star restaurants, and isn’t allowed to visit them either.

Her famous dad Gordon Ramsay, 55, has been awarded a total of 16 Michelin stars throughout his extraordinary career and currently holds seven.

However, Tilly, his youngest daughter, says she’s not been to any of them – bar on one occasion.

Alongside Strictly, the CBBC presenter is also starring on Celebrity MasterChef Australia and appeared on the latest episode on Sunday, where she revealed the info.

In the episode, Tilly said she didn’t even know what type of food is served at Michelin star restaurants.

During the show, comedian Dilruk Jayasinha asked his co-stars about the fine-dining restaurant.

He said: “Me and Tilly have never been here. What type of food do they have?”

His co-star Nick Riewoldt replied: “It’s fine dining, like it’s a fun experience.”

She said: “Three hats is Michelin star, no? I’m not even allowed in my dad’s Michelin star restaurants. I don’t know what to do.”

Her co-star Nick was left shocked. He asked: “You’re not allowed?”

Tilly replied: “No I’m not. I’ve been once.”

This comes after Strictly fans have become convinced that show bosses are rigging the competition to afford Tilly Ramsay a place in the final.

Fans believe this is so the big broadcaster can try to poach her famous father for future TV deals.

The top chef currently has business with ITV, but according to reports, the BBC want to try and nab him for themselves.

Therefore, viewers believe Strictly bosses have a hidden agenda to push their favourites into the final, The Mail on Sunday revealed.

Some of the stars also claim producers are desperate for Strictly’s first-ever all-male couple, John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, to make it to the final as well.

One source told the publication: “There’s a feeling that there’s some blatant favouritism going on here – that they are pushing Tilly to win, or at least get to the final, because they want to nick her dad.

“Then you have the issue of the all-male couple, which is just the dream of certain people involved with the show for John and Johannes to pick up the glitterball. And as for AJ, she is adored.”
