Amber Heard 'ready for inevitable comeback' amid 'purposeful' photos as Johnny Depp wins

The final moments of the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp court case have concluded, with the actress struggling to keep her chin up.

Downcast Amber lost a major court case against her ex-husband which has turned into a worldwide spectacle which was live-streamed globally.

Johnny was awarded compensatory damages of 10 million dollars (£8 million) and another 5 million dollars (£4 million) in punitive damages.

Amber, 36, looked glum as she stared downwards while it was announced that she had lost the majority of the defamation trial against Johnny, 58,

Daily Star chatted exclusively to body language experthttp://www.inbaal.com/

who revealed her hot take on Amber’s mannerisms and what they reveal.

The jury reached it’s decision in the Johnny Depp defamation trial

Inbaal said: “As Amber stands there, hands laced in front of her in a neutral pose, waiting for the jury to deliver the verdict, she’s facing forward.

“At one point, just before the verdict is read, her attorneys turn slightly to the left, but she remains still.

“This is an interesting moment, showing how nervous she is, even possibly stubborn, as it is human nature to mimic the motions of others, especially in formal situations, when the other people are more familiar with proceedings. In not copying the others, she’s showing how she favours her own way of doing things, even when it’s not appropriate to be original.”

She continued: Before the verdict is read, she dabs at her eyes twice, but no sadness is showing, just nerves.

“She’s not wiping tears, as one would with a tissue, dabbing lightly. She’s reaching into the corners of her eyes with bare fingers, perhaps for an itch or some remnants of eye make up. She’s nervous but still hopeful. She’s not showing emotion.

“She then reaches to her hair twice.

“Once, she hurriedly brushes hair away in a nervous, ‘please like me’ move. Immediately followed by a more purposeful tidy of her hair.

“This is more obvious, and more confident. It shows that even if the worst happens, she wants her final court photos to look great, ready for her future inevitable comeback.”

The expert further said: “During the lengthy verdict read, Amber looks down at the screen in front of her throughout. On either side of her, attorneys look ahead at the judge, their eyes flicking occasionally sideways, in a way which is natural while listening.

Amber also released her own statement

“Amber’s gaze, constantly downwards and a little to the left, is a sad glance, making her seem disengaged, and more than a little ashamed, as if she’s re-living all those moments, during her relationship and since, which have brought her to where she is right now.

“The unbroken look of her lowered lids is occasionally punctuated by her swaying back and forth.

“It may appear as if she’s dizzy or delirious with the gravity of the situation, but in actual fact her head is very very slowly nodding – taking it all in or agreeing with what she’s hearing?”

Things got even more interesting said Inbaal, who also said: “The big surprise is at the end of the court session.

“The jury is thanked and dismissed, a damages amount is agreed, a date is set for a further session, and as the occasion is at its end- suddenly, Amber switches her repentant, remorseful, shrunken pose, right into a different role.

“She hugs her lawyers with her full body, arms long and confident, showing that she still feels somewhat in control of her life.

“She leaves the room alone, unaccompanied and unsupported, taking large, hearty strides.

“This isn’t a person dizzy and delirious with shame, this is a free citizen, entirely unbothered that her gamble has failed.
