BBC Breakfast star Nina Warhurst updated her fans on her holiday, sharing photos of their time abroad on Instagram and flaunting her incredible tan.
She posted a photoset from her time away which included a video of her kids in a play area while she enjoyed a glass of wine, a picture of her family at the beach, a snap of her dinner, and a serene shot of their pool at night.
The presenter also shared a picture of herself, smiling for the camera in front of a large plate of paella, clutching a glass of wine and looking like the picture of serenity as she enjoyed her family holiday.
Warhurst posed in a sleeveless black top, accessorising with an Apple Watch, a pair of black sunglasses and a sunkissed glow.
She wrote in the caption that she had a “smug face” on her “fourth time lucky” attempting to reschedule her holiday from 2020.
She went on to explain that her kids had “refused to go to the kid’s club”, had “separate vomiting bugs”, that they “refused to swim until the penultimate day” and “left her hanging alone at the kid’s disco more than once”.
Despite the stressful time, she admitted that they did “lots of playing and laughing” and that her child born during Covid-19 finally “got to go on a plane”.
She also said that “life is all about long family lunches” which make her “so happy”, before saying that she thinks “Lanzarote is marvellous”.
“I’ve finally ticked off an all inclusive Aqua boxercise class and what a feeling to have sun on the face again,” she signed off.
An eagle-eyed fan noted: “So this is where the tan is from.”
“I thought you looked a bit tanned on Breakfast this morning,” a follower wrote, while another said: “Thought you were looking well on the telly.”
Nina’s colleague and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Dan Walker has recently announced that he has no plans to leave the morning news show, as he celebrates an impressive six years with BBC Breakfast.
Walker originally replaced Bill Turnbull in the role and has previously spoken about how he thought there would be “no chance” of continuing more than five years.
He told The Mirror: “I really love the programme and I love working with the people so I don’t see myself going anywhere soon.”
