Faye Brookes has gone public with her new boyfriend just one day after it was reported her ex-fiancé Gareth Gates split from his girlfriend.
The former Dancing on Ice star went Instagram official with her Legally Blonde co-star Iwan Lewis, whom she’s been dating since October in private.
The Corrie favourite met the actor around 2011 and 2012 when they toured Legally Blonde and had remained close since.

She took to Instagram on Thursday (December 22) with a romantic snap of what appears to be her and Iwan sharing a passionate embrace.

The sweet snap saw a couple in front of glass doors and what seemed to be Faye wrapping her arms around Iwan’s neck.
She simply penned a heart emoji [“<3”] in the caption, suggesting she was feeling all loved up before Christmas.
Fans flocked to the comments to send their congratulations to the pair, with many telling Iwan how lucky he was.

It comes just one day after it was reported that singer Gareth Gates had split from his DJ girlfriend Chloe McLennan after two years of dating.
According to The Sun, the pair have now unfollowed each other on Instagram and want to make a “fresh start” in 2023.
A source told The Sun: “The writing was on the wall for some time, and it became clear there was trouble between them as Gareth has not liked or commented on any of Chloe’s pictures since November 11th.

Chloe has deleted all mages of the 38 year old singer from her Instagram however Gareth still has snaps of Chloe on his platform.
Following the news of his reported breakup, Gareth has been seen enjoying a family day out at Winter Wonderland without Chloe in sight.
Daily Star has already contacted Gareth’s management for comment.
It was the Pop Idol star’s first public romance since he split from ex Faye in August 2019.

Faye and Gareth decided to call time on their relationship after realising that they were better off as friends and not boyfriend and girlfriend.
Faye was previously dating PT Joe Davis but they split in July after three years together.
At the time, Faye told Twitter: “We had the most wonderful of times, and our mutual respect, admiration and friendship remains stronger than ever.”
