Loose Women’s Frankie Bridge was forced to ask her Instagram followers for assistance after her profile name suddenly changed.
The 33 year old jumped on her Instagram story begging someone to help her change her name from Francesca Sandford back to Frankie Bridge.
Sharing the issue with her 1.5million followers, she wrote: “Guys… I need your help! I’m sure some of you have noticed… my Instagram name has changed somehow to Francesca Sandford?!? [shrugging emoji]”
“It’s not linked to my Facebook anymore… but I still can’t change it?! Any tips?!”
However, despite her desperate cry for help, her name still remains as Francesca Sandford 24 hours after she sent out the message.
Frankie has been enjoying time away with her family in Ibiza but before she jetted off to sunnier regions, the star announced her new clothing collection with food and fashion retailer Tesco.
Sharing her happy news with fans on Instagram, she penned: “Can’t believe I’m finally writing this.. but… I’m so excited to be launching my very own brand… @fw_bridge.

“@joooooliee and I are incredibly proud of all the designs… believe me when I say… a lot of thought… passion and hard work has gone into each and every piece!”
She also went on to thank her followers for their support and input.
The singer continued: “Thanks to you guys and the incredible response I get each week from #frankiesfaves I’ve wanted to create my own brand for a long time… so I can’t wait to see people wearing our pieces!!!
“I hope you’ll love it as much as I do! And thanks to Claire from Brooklands Tesco for joining in the madness in store today!”
