Gogglebox TV personality Amy Tapper has been snapped showing off her amazing 3.5 stone weight loss while on holiday in Tel Aviv.
In the photo uploaded to Instagram, the 22 year old posed in a stylish black maxi dress with a pal on a night out.
It comes after Amy ‘kickstarted the year’ by shedding 33cm off her waist in a challenge to better herself.

She paired the full length dress with white buckle-strap summer sandals.
Sporting natural makeup and letting her curly golden locks flow free, Amy beamed at her pal as she showcased her slimmed-down physique.
She captioned the snap with a sentimental message: “What will be will be.”
The post follows a string of Instagram stories Amy uploaded the day before, previewing her gym session, donning black sport leggings and a baggy white t-shirt. She wrote: “Grind don’t stop,” and tagged her fitness trainer.
Amy has taken us through her journey to shed the pounds, sharing her secrets to maintaining a slimmer figure and top tips to stay motivated.
She also collaborated with Muscle Food in an advert.
Amy says she’s been “training consistently with my personal trainer”, “setting smaller goals” and “cooking new foods.”
The TV personality has been super proud of her progression, announcing she’s “never felt so motivated” having “grabbed life by the goals.”

Amy confidence has grown after she admitted to feeling “nervous” to post a picture of herself in a swimsuit, despite her impressive weight loss journey.
In the Instagram snap from last August, Amy wrote: “Quite nervous to share this image but having the best time away with my squad and feeling good,” as she beamed in a light blue one-piece and a captain’s hat.
She continued: “Captain Amy here telling you to OWN IT and have the best weekend!”
