Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Holly Ramsay has marked two years of sobriety.
The 22-year-old podcast host logged into her Instagram page on Thursday (December 22) to share the milestone as she reflects on her road to recovery.
She opened up on why she decided to stop drinking after hitting “rock bottom”

In a short message to her followers, Holly wrote: “Today marks two years since I last had alcohol.
“Two years ago today I hit rock bottom, I was terrified.
“I certainly didn’t think I would be where I am today both physically and mentally. I’ve fought every day since to get where I am today.”
Holly went on to gush at how grateful she was for her family and friend’s “endless love” and that she plans on using her voice to break the stigma around going sober.
The media personality continued: “I am so grateful to so many people for their support, encouragement and endless love.
“I will continue to learn and grow every day. I feel lucky to be able to use my voice to raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health.
“Sending love to anyone who needs it today and always. One day at a time.”
Unsurprisingly, Holly’s post caught the attention of her 315Kfollowers, with some rushing to leave a message for the her in the comment section.
One fan penned: “What an amazing achievement.”
A second person said: “Stay strong girl, congratulations on the progress and we’re all so proud.”
While a third follower added: “Congratulations lovely girl How brave & inspiring.”
Another agreed: “Beautiful. Here’s to the continued path. Happy 2 years.”
Gordon’s daughter previously spoke out on her experience with being sexually assaulted twice at the age of 18.
She was also diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Holly spent three months in a mental health hospital, being unable to cope with the experience she went through.

Speaking recently on her 21 & Over podcast, she said: “I went to university, studied fashion design, and I loved it. But by the second half of the first year, I was being affected by my PTSD and I had no idea that this was happening.
“I was going out a lot, missing class because I’d been out. I wasn’t enjoying myself at all. I was struggling a lot.
“The PTSD was a result of two sexual assaults when I was 18. I didn’t tell anyone about it until a year afterwards. I just buried it in a box in the back of my mind.”
