How Peter Andre's penis was dragged into Rooney V Vardy Wagatha trial and his response

Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney battled it out in the court room after Vardy sued Rooney for libel.

The court case came after Rooney accusing Vardy’s Instagram account of leaking stories to the press after she stated multiple posts on her private Instagram was given to publications without her knowledge.

Rooney’s lawyers attempted to prove Vardy knew about the leaks and had instructed her agent, Caroline Watt, to share information from Coleen’s private stories to The Sun.

With evidence submitted to the court and multiple statements presented in front of the judge, lots of things were put forward to be heard – including one story about Peter Andre.

Once the lawyers outlined their case, Vardy eventually took to the stand as David Sherborne asked her questions about Peter Andre’s penis.

The barrister asked Vardy if she respected other people’s privacy and as she answered yes Sherborne claimed he would demonstrate that she didn’t.

He quoted an interview she gave about Peter Andre to the News Of The World in 2004.

Sherborne read: “Peter’s hung like a small chipolata. Shame he only lasts a few minutes… the smallest trouser equipment I’ve ever seen.

“He didn’t even attempt to satisfy me… he had absolutely no hair on his body. [It] wasn’t even worth the train fare.”

Rooney’s lawyer questioned whether the size of Peter’s manhood should have been made public, prompting Rebekah to claim the interview was “coercive” and she was “forced to say” that he had the “smallest trouser equipment”.

She reportedly slept with Peter after splitting from her first husband Mark Godden.

Her ex claimed there was infidelity in their marriage resulting in him “getting a ribbing” at work.

However Vardy’s spokesperson said at the time that there was no infidelity while they were married and once they agreed to separate she “went on to live her own life”.

Peter has since spoken out on the jibe and said if it was a comment made by him about her there would be “outrage”.

He said on Instagram: “But because it has been said about me it’s been the butt of all jokes, I’ve taken it for 15 years.”
