Jeremy Clarkson’s daughter Emily has slammed her dad’s recent comments about Meghan Markle, which have sparked backlash.
The broadcaster has come under fire for his comments, with many people in the public eye taking to social media to share their disgust.
It appears that even Clarkson’s own family have been left far from impressed by his comments as his daughter Emily has addressed the negative remarks.

Clarkson sparked outrage after stating he hates Meghan but in the same way, he hates the likes of Rose West and Nicola Sturgeon.
Emily, who is no stranger to hitting out at those who criticise the Duchess of Sussex took to her Instagram Stories to share her views.
In view of her 267,000 followers, the podcast host penned: “My views are and have always been clear when it comes to misogyny, bullying and the treatment of women by the media.
“I want to make it very clear that I stand against everything that my dad wrote about Meghan Markle and I remain standing in support of those that are targeted with online hatred.”

Clarkson is no stranger to sharing his views on Meghan and Prince Harry since the Sussexes announced they’d be stepping back from royal duties, before eventually stepping down all together.
Since the couple moved to California, he’s frequently shared his dislike for the pair but his latest comments have not gone unnoticed.
In his latest opinion piece for The Sun, Clarkson wrote: “Meghan, though, is a different story. I hate her. Not like I hate Nicola Sturgeon or Rose West. I hate her on a cellular level.
“At night, I’m unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, ‘Shame!’ and throw lumps of excrement at her.”

Clarkson went on to claim that “everyone” who is his age thought the same way.
Since his article went live, the likes of Carol Vorderman, John Bishop and actress Kathy Burke have publicly slammed him.
Kathy tweeted: “Watched the rest of #HarryandMeganNetflix Still think they’re pretty great and I love their relationship with Meghan’s gorgeous Mum, Doria.
“Wishing them continued happiness and people like that colossal c**t, Clarkson continued pain with the thought of it.”
While Liverpudlian John fumed: “WTF is this ?? I don’t care who you are or who you work for you simply can not write things like this.
“It is a blatant appeal to incite humiliation and violence on a woman. Some have excused it as dark humour. There is no joke here @JeremyClarkson and no excuse.”
