Love Island fans were left shocked after Luca Bish called out Gemma Owen in the villa, after she complained that the couple were already ‘married off’.
Dressage rider and business owner Gemma pulled Luca aside to chat about her feelings, after she though Luca was being too keen towards her.
Gemma told Luca that she was initially attracted to Luca as he “didn’t give a sh*t”, but added: “I’ve seen a different side to you, which I do like but I don’t want to feel that’s us two married off now and that’s it.”
However, their chat soon turned tense after Luca quipped that Gemma was feeling the way she was, because the two villa newcomers – Jay Younger and Remi Lambert – had paid her no attention.

He said: “Why are we married off?,” before suggesting: “Because two boys came in and gave you no attention?”
Love Island fans were lost for words by Luca’s savage quip, with many taking to social media to express their shock at the exchange.
One said: “NAH DID LUCA JUST CALL HER OUT LIKE THAT,” while a second added: “Luca OMG.”

However, other fans appeared to agree with Luca, with a third saying: “Luca be saying exactly what we all thinking. Yes I’m living for this.”
Despite the quip, Gemma denied the comment and said that her feelings have “nothing to do with the other boys,” with Luca adding that he thinks their fellow Love Islanders see them a “strong couple.”

It is not the first time that Luca has spoken out in the programme however, with last night’s episode (June 17, 2022) showing another tense chat between him and Ekin-Su.
Ekin-Su asked Luca to “go back to the boy he was when he walked in”, as Gemma thinks he is being clingy.
However, the camera switched to the diary room as Luca made another savage swipe saying: “It’s nice to get advice, but whether I listen to it is another thing. Listen, I’m not 12.”
He continued on to say that if Gemma “had a problem,” she should “come and talk to him”.
