Conservative MP Matt Hancock could be ruled from participating in all bushtucker trials on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! due to a secret health condition.
The 44-year-old quickly became the bookies’ favourite to receive the most votes from the British public after it was announced that he will be entering the jungle.
But fans may not be able to get their own way with the former Health Secretary, as it’s reported that Matt previously got trench foot while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins – and it might not have cleared up.

“It can take up to six months to recover from that, so any water-based tasks or swimming trials would be bad news for his feet.”
Daily Star has contacted ITV for comment.
Trench foot is often caused by having prolonged exposure to a cold temperature that is usually above freezing and is wet. It can sometimes occur during unsanitary conditions.
If untreated, trench foot can take up to six months to get rid of the symptoms which include itching, painful skin, blisters and feelings of numbness in addition to heaviness.
Despite receiving backlash from the British public regarding his upcoming appearance on the show, Matt is keen to appear on the show to raise awareness around dyslexia, which he suffers from.
He also wants to provide viewers with a lighter perspective on politicians.
Writing for The Sun, the Tory MP penned: “Some may think I’ve lost my marbles or had one too many drinks, swapping the comfortable surroundings of Westminster and West Suffolk for the extreme conditions of the Australian outback, going where there will be few creature comforts, not enough food, and a load of physical tasks involving snakes, spiders and plenty of other creepy-crawlies.
“While there will undoubtedly be those who think I shouldn’t go, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk directly to people who aren’t always interested in politics, even if they care very much about how our country’s run.”
A source close to Matt reportedly told the publication that he is willing to give things a go and will be throwing himself into the challenges that will arise.
