Naga Munchetty's fans all say the same thing as BBC Breakfast host posts sweaty selfie

BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty’s fans all said the same thing after the news reporter shared a post-workout selfie.

The 47-year-old loves to keep fit, is active on social media and regularly updates fans with snippets of her life.

Naga loves to workout and often takes pictures of herself after she’s worked up a sweat, but a recent snap caused a stir amongst her 54,800 followers.

In the picture, Naga looked bright eyed and bushy tailed as she held the camera above her head, her eyes open wide as a bead of sweat dripped near her eyes.

Naga looked particularly sweaty but equally as stunning

She wore her short, dark hair in loose curls as they fell over her forehead and she appeared to be listening to music through wireless earphones.

Munchetty topped off her gym look with a plain black t-shirt and took to the caption to comment.

She wrote: “Anyone sweated more than this today?”

Fans were gobsmacked as they responded to the BBC Breakfast host’s question.

One wrote: “My gym session was very sweaty today for some reason?!”

Another added: “Yup, but I’m not as fit as you, so probably only 20% of what you did by similar sweat levels.”

A keen follower rushed to tell Naga that they had “done a high intensity interval training class at lunch,” while others commented on the star’s natural beauty.

One told her that she is “a beautiful lady,” while another congratulated her and told Naga she “looks great on TV” so it is “all worth while”.

The gushing comment came mere days after the BBC presenter admitted that she had been called “bloody useless” by her superiors back when she had just started her career.

The journalist spoke to Radio Times about the incident and she recalled that she’d “had a copy thrown at her” when she had “first started in newspapers”.

She heartbreakingly remembered that she “went home many days in tears”, but used it to her advantage as she “learnt not to make mistakes”, especially ones that “aren’t acceptable”.

Naga said that the “fear of making a mistake” meant that she made sure to “do her research twice as well” and to the “best of her ability”.
