Naked Attraction fans were left disgusted after host Anna Richardson made the contestants stuff their belly buttons full of food.
Anna welcomed Josh to the Naked Attraction studio and the lucky lad had his pick of hopefuls.
The Channel 4 host often makes the naked contestants participate in a challenge related to the star and this time it was in relation to their belly buttons.
Josh admitted that he was attracted to the navel and Anna made them fill theirs with marshmallows, sticky sauce and sweets.

An angry fan wrote: “Actually makes me wanna vomit, eating out of f***ing belly buttons,” with sick and pig emojis.
Another joked: “Naked Attraction meets Bake Off,” with a laughing emoji.

One viewer tweeted: “I’d be fuming if I had to pick sweets out of my belly button and then the screen went up and I saw him and his s*** mullet. I’d dive out of the box.”
Naked Attraction’s host Anna was recently blown away by “the biggest penis she’s ever seen” on the controversial Channel 4 show.
Screens went up to show the lower half of all six contestants and Ozzy left Anna and hopeful Rara completely stunned.
Rara even went so far as to say that his penis was a “third leg” but used the excuse that it was “too big” as she is “very small down there”.
Anna even asked Ozzy if it was “real” and if he was a “grower,” to which he gave her a thumbs up.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be as Rara couldn’t bring herself to pick Ozzy due to the size of his penis – but this is something he has experienced before.
The Naked Attraction contestant admitted that girls had previously rejected him due to his lengthy member.
Amazed fans took to Twitter to comment on Ozzy’s penis and one person made the joke that it was a “one horse race”.
Another said that they thought the show “was for humans, not horses,” while one person cheekily noted that he “had a vein bigger than his”.
