Neighbours stars may be some of the most beloved soap stars – but that doesn’t mean they don’t push things when it comes to red carpet.
It’s embarrassing enough anytime someone has a wardrobe malfunction, but imagine if it happened because their outfit was so risqué it was almost inevitable.
Whether it was on the red carpet, on set, or in private, celebrities are just as likely to suffer from an outfit mishap as the rest of us.

Despite being clad in some of the finest designer gowns, these stars’ expensive clobber didn’t quite hold them in like they were supposed to, leaving them vulnerable to some epic wardrobe blunders.
Some of these Neighbours stars handled their wardrobe malfunctions like pros, with others looking completely mortified and sharing their gaffes on social media.

Blonde beauty Sarah Ellen came dangerously close to an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction when she posed on the red carpet at an exclusive Tiffany & Co event back in 2018.
The then 21-year-old bravely went braless in a revealing jumpsuit that showed off quite a bit of side-boob as she posed side on in the pinstripe all-in-one, which was belted at the waist to accentuate her tiny waist.
The actress turned fashion blogger teamed the attire with a matching blazer and accessorised with delicate jewels.
April Rose Pengilly

Bombshell actress April turned heads when she stepped out for the Glamour on the Grid event in Melbourne ahead of the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix earlier this year
The 33-year-old narrowly avoided a nipple slip in her halter neck gown by bridal-wear designer Alin Le’ Kal as she posed on the red carpet.
April accessorised with long emerald earrings, a white gold bangle and a ball-shaped clutch.
The star is known for her bold fashion choices and recently wowed fans when she stepped out in a breathtaking pink gown with the bodice embellished in gems at the Logies red carpet – Australian television awards.
Olympia Valance

Olympia Valance faced the ultimate wardrobe malfunction back in 2017 when she revealed a giant rip down the back of her trousers – exposing her bottom for all to see.
The brunette beauty, who was rumoured to be dating Niall Horan at the time, was out walking with friends when the outfit nightmare began.
The red-haired beauty twirled around for the camera on the hilarious video, unveiling she’d discovered a giant tear down her backside.

Ashleigh Brewer

Ashleigh Brewer has revealed that she is often teased by her co-stars for an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction on set which saw her flash her knickers.
Brewer, who plays Kate Ramsay on the Australian show, told Inside Soap that she once accidentally flashed her knickers during a catwalk scene backstage.
“I’d only been on the show for a couple of months, and I was wearing a really short skirt as my costume,” she explained.
“It was the storyline where Donna Brown put on a runway show. I was told to put my hand up when I stepped off the catwalk, and as I put it up, my skirt went up to my belly button!”
She added that her co-stars haven’t forgotten the incident, saying: “They replayed it at the Christmas party that year – so I couldn’t live it down.”
Jodi Gordon

Former model Jodi Gordon suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction last year while modelling a Bally trench coat worn as a dress during Fashion Week.
In footage shared to YouTube by Kobie Thatcher, Jodi was seen quickly readjusting her blue coat after nearly exposing her underwear.
Proving she’s a total pro, the model-turned-soap star kept calm and composed during the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment.

The former Neighbours star, 37, who played Elly Conway, reflected on the embarrassing incident on The Morning Show shortly after, but claimed it didn’t ruin her magical evening as she made her big return to fashion.
She said: “I felt that doing Neighbours I stepped away from that little bit, so it was exciting to be back in the fashion world again.”
Madeleine West

Madeleine West spoke out about several of her most embarrassing fashion faux pas, both on and off the red carpet, when she opened up in a new blog for 9Honey.
The actress recalled a disastrous appearance at the Logies after being sewn into her dress, that prevented her from going to the bathroom.
She said: “Midway through the night I discovered that meant it couldn’t be lifted above the upper shin without a complicated pulley assembly and large jar of Vaseline,” she said.

Madeleine also hilariously told another story of a time she failed to cover herself up properly after breastfeeding.
The star, who is mother to six children whom she shares with partner Shannon Bennett, had been picking up her brood from school and fed one of her children in the backseat of her car.
Despite re-attaching her maternity bra, she failed to “effectively tuck away” her breast and was left red-faced after realising she had been exposed the entire time.
She also revealed that during a luncheon at a high-class casino she accidentally tucked the hem of her dress into her knickers.
“I chose to embrace the faux pas, and made it my own,’ Madeleine confessed, admitting she later realised she had toilet roll attached to one of her heels.
