I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is planning on returning to Australia but a few stars are said to have been turned down by bosses.
It’s believed that members of The Real Housewives of Cheshire cast had hoped to impress network and production top dogs but didn’t quite make the cut.
The show, for two years, was held at Gwrych Castle in Abergele, North Wales just to travel restrictions surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.

However, with many restrictions having been axed or relaxed, the famous programme is heading back down under to its home in Queensland, Aus, with a whole host of famous faces.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, a source close to the programme said: “I think they’ve already cast I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
“I think a couple of girls might but I don’t think they got further.”
Earlier this year hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnely confirmed that the programme would be heading back to Australia after two years in rainy Wales.
Speaking on Heart FM Breakfast, Ant said: “The plan is we’re going back to Australia, it’s got to go back to hits spiritual home.
“Everyone wants to see a bit of sunshine at that time of year on the telly.”

Despite this, havoc is already gripping the set in the jungle after an infectious disease is said to have spread close to the location of the ITV set-up.
A disease aptly named Q Fever is said to have gripped parts of south-east Queensland in recent months and is believed to be transmitted between humans who work closely with animals through faeces, urine, milk and other bodily fluids.
Symptoms in humans range from a flu-like fever to significant weight loss, chronic fatigue for as long as 12 months, and damage to organs.

Despite the worry, bosses went ahead and started building the first set for one of the show’s infamous Bushtucker Trials which sees celebrities faced with their worst nightmares.
While the Housewives stars may have faced a setback, sources suggest that the likes of EastEnders hardman Danny Dyer and footballing legend Peter Crouch are among names swirling around between bosses.
Insiders claim that the show will officially launch later this month (October 30), in a bid to prevent the grand final from clashing with the Qatar 2022 World Cup which kicks off on November 20 and runs until December 18.
