Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice is well used to being given a high score for his physical performance week by week so perhaps it comes as no surprise that he has his own scoring system in his personal life too.
The hunky Italian professional dancer has become something of a national heartthrob thanks to his striking good looks and sensual moves on the dancefloor.
But Giovanni, 32, doesn’t just take on board the thoughts and ratings of the public and the Strictly judging panel – he rates his own sex life too.

The Sicilian star previously admitted that he would rate himself 2000 out of 10 in bed and even discussed getting frisky 150 times a week.

Giovanni previously got candid about his bedroom antics when he posed topless for Heat magazine back in 2021.
The star referenced his break-up with former girlfriend Ashley Roberts during the chat where he claimed that despite knowing he is “gorgeous and good-looking,” he still struggles with loneliness and the January 2020 split led to him feeling the strain during the Covid-19 lockdowns.
He said: “Like for everybody, it’s been strange. I broke up with my girlfriend just before lockdown and you just deal with it.

“It was lonely, but luckily, Strictly came back and there was the distraction of being in quarantine with everybody else. It shifted my brain to something else.”
Giovanni was then asked how he would rate himself in bed to which he joked “two thousand” out of ten before suggesting the same question should be posed to “people who have been with me.”
Addressing his sex life further he said: “If I’m in a relationship, it depends on your partner – if your partner is busy, if you’re tired, if you’re on holiday, at home. You can have sex 150 times a week or once – you’ve just got to make it good!”

Giovanni also admitted his self-confidence further when he confessed he is ageing “like a fine wine,” while musing that “great conversation” only matters in a long-term relationship.
Following his split from Ashley, Giovanni went on to date former Love Island star Maura Higgins for a few months in 2021.
He has also previously dated ex-TOWIE star Jess Wright for six months before they split in 2018, and former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote when they were partnered on Strictly in 2015.
