Giovanni Pernice makes fans cry after he shared an emotional message to his Strictly Come Dancing partner Rose Ayling-Ellis.
The professional dancer told the deaf EastEnders actress in a gushing Instagram post that he loves her.
The pair lifted the BBC’s shows Glitterball trophy together before Christmas after beating Bake Off star John Whaite.
The 32-year-old dancer gushed over his partner for “the best six months of his life” as he shared a throwback snap of the competition.
He penned: “The end of our Strictly journey but the beginning of an eternal friendship!! I love you @rose.a.e. THANK YOU for the best 6 months of my life.”
Fans were quick to rush to the comments to praise Rose for helping Giovanni realise what “true love” is.
One said: “I love that she’s changed your life and opened your eyes to real love. Rose is unique – an utter beauty inside and out.”
Another wrote: “Just love you two together! You are the best pairing ever and your friendship will last a life time.”
A third added: “Just gorgeous. What a special relationship we have all been privileged to watch grow over the last six months.”
Last week, the dancing duo picked up the Timeline Moment of the Year gong at Thursday night’s Broadcast Awards, in honour of their stunning performance to Clean Bandit and Zara Larsson’s single To Symphony on Strictly’s latest series.
The nationwide Strictly tour meant that neither Rose or Giovanni could attend the event, but they took to Instagram to react, reports the Express.
The pro dancer wrote: “Another incredible achievement for us @rose.a.e and our amazing @bbcstrictly family!!
“We love you.”
Recently, Giovanni was alleged to have shared a kiss with TV actress Emily Atack following a night out at a BRIT Awards afterparty in London.
Sources told The Sun: “Giovanni and Emily were snogging the faces off each other. Their hands were everywhere, and they were absolutely loving it.”
In an Instagram Story following the awards, the Italian-born TV personality appeared to address rumours of a romance with the Inbetweeners actress.
Giovanni posted a Memoji of himself crying with laughter while his caption included lyrics to ABBA’s Mamma Mia, Here I Go Again.
“That is all,” he wrote in his caption.
