Kaye Adams has confessed she felt like a “dirty old lady” watching a video of Kai Widdrington dancing in her bedroom.
The Loose Women presenter has just been partnered up with Strictly Come Dancing professional Kai for the 20th series of the BBC One show.
But she was left feeling rather guilty after getting back to her bedroom after rehearsals and watching a video of the hunk dancing.

The ITV star told Daily Star and other press that she had decided to film Kai doing their first routine so she could play it back and pick up the moves away from training.
Kaye told Daily Star “I was certainly in my bedroom last night. I actually filmed Kai doing the routine and then I went back to my room and then I’m sort of watching him on the screen like a dirty old lady, going like that [gesture] so yeah, repetition helps.”
She described her first day in training as an “explosion in your head,” adding: “I think we’d all kind of thought ‘well, we’ll all kind of step through things, but it’s a full-on production.”
Kaye shut down the notion that there’s a rivalry between Loose Women stars who have already done the show.
She said: “It’s funny you say that, because I think nine Loose Women have done it and I couldn’t tell you how far [they’ve gotten]. I know Frankie did really, really well. She got to the final, but that’s really not something that we’ve ever discussed.”
The Strictly star went on: “I mean the real thing is ‘did you enjoy it?’ or ‘did you not enjoy it?'” before revealing the brutal advice she got from Ruth Langsford and Judi Love.
Kaye said: “They’ve been amazing. They really have, because they both loved it. They both absolutely loved it, and so their enthusiasm is really infectious.”
But she added: “I mean they basically said to me ‘don’t screw it up, go in, give it everything and enjoy it.”
