Strictly Come Dancing’s Kristina Rihanoff has revealed she has no qualms about ageing and will carry on wearing her miniskirts in her 70s.
The stunning former Strictly pro chatted exclusively to the Daily Star about her dress sense.
Kristina, 45, said: “When people ask me what I would say to anyone that criticises me for the way I dress – well I didn’t know that they did. I’ve never had anything but nice messages. It was like Instagram when I was away in Turkey, I just had nice messages but never had direct criticism.

“I don’t remember any comment and if it is such a thing and I heard something of that nature I thought we have moved much more forward in society – if I’m 70 and I want to wear a mini skirt, then I’ll go for it.
“In the dance business, when I judge a lot of competitions we have every age group from six to 60. When you go in and judge there are ladies and gentlemen in the senior categories and they look gorgeous in their dresses.
“Every time I look at them I have a swelling in my throat and you think ‘well done on coming out there and putting on a gorgeous sparkly dress’. I don’t think any one of us should judge, I think if you want to go into Tesco in your mini skirt in your 60s then go for it.”
The professional dancer starred on the show for eight years and left the BBC series in 2015.
Kristina has also revealed that some fans used to send her bizarre messages and mail.
However, she revealed it has all stopped now since she’s become a mum.
The mum-of-one shares a daughter Mila, age six, with her partner Ben Cohen, with the duo having met while paired up on Strictly.
She told us: “We used to get strange requests all the time but we’d all often have a little giggle with the girls at the back of the show.
“We saw all sorts of things but we tended to smile and laugh, some marriage proposals and some god knows what proposals.
“Send me a picture of your hands, send me a picture of your… You can delete and ignore and I’m sure there are plenty of ladies in that position that receive all sorts of things.
“I think I became a really boring mum so no one sends me messages now.
“It happens very rarely now, well still sometimes, but it’s mainly more in a respectful way nowadays.”
