Molly Rainford has been told “one thing not to do” by a former Strictly Come Dancing star.
The CBBC star danced the Tango with partner Carlos Gu on Saturday (November 26) night, wowing the panel of judges and viewers at home and scoring 35 points out of 40.

Anton Du Beke went as far said it was the first time he had really seen what Molly could really do on the dance floor.
Molly’s colleague Rhys Stephenson, who reached the semi-final of the dance competition last year, has shared some words of wisdom with the blonde beauty.
Speaking to Daily Star at the TV Choice Awards, he said: “I spoke to her when she got announced and everything and we had a chat about it.
“I was just telling her one thing, don’t do anything too complicated. If you feel like you can’t then don’t because on the night it’ll just mess with your head.
“I said just take it easy and be kind to herself and to respect the time you get off. Do nothing. Doing nothing is so important because you are doing something by resting.”
“I did my best to input some wisdom.”
It comes after Molly revealed that tough training sessions for Strictly has put her in the best shape of her life.
She told Daily Star: “I have noticed a change in my body. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been.
“People have been saying, ‘You’ve got abs now, Molly’. It’s one of the perks of doing Strictly.
“And I’ve not just grown physically, I’ve grown mentally as well. I’m finding new confidence.
“This show has taught me a lot of resilience and how to pick myself up and keep going.”
But Molly’s hot new physique has come at a price.
Behind the scenes the former Britain’s Got Talent star has been in pain because dancing around the clock is so tough.
