This Morning’s Andi Peters suffered a huge blunder on live TV when he almost said “death in paradise” when talking about Princess Diana’s tragic passing in Paris 25 years ago.
While introducing Lord Stevens, who investigated Diana’s death, host Andi suffered the blunder and fans were quick to point it out.

Segueing from the ad break to the interview with Lord Stevens, Andi said: “Our next guest, Lord Stevens, who led the inquiry into the conspiracies surrounding Diana’s death.
“And now he’s taken part in a new Channel 4 series: Investigating Diana: Death in Paradi – Paris.”
Picking up on the blunder, one fan said: “Nah was Andy about to say ‘death in paradise’ #ThisMorning.”
Another added: “Death in paradise lol #thismorning.”
“Wait Was Andi about to say Diana a death in paradise? Or Paris? My TV played up,” asked a third.
“Death in paradi… Paris Andi did a whoopsie,” echoed a fourth viewer of the daytime show.
A fifth then fumed: “@thismorning @ITV Andi Peters. Three words. Death In Paradise. He’s had 25 years to learn that she died in Paris. Bring in someone else for tomorrow. Please #ThisMorning.”
While a sixth asked: “#ThisMorning Struggling to read the autocue there Andi?”
Shaking it off like a complete professional, Andi continued with the interview seamlessly and left fans at home praising his hosting skills.
“Loving Rochelle and Andi #ThisMorning,” penned one fan after the segment about Princess Diana.
Another begged to see more of Andi and co-host Rochelle, when they penned: “I think @andipeters and @RochelleHumes have have a fabulous chemistry and have been absolutely brilliant on #ThisMorning this week.
“Loved their chat with loony Lynda La Plant and the odd fella with the pony who sang a cringey [sic] song. I wanna see more of them!”
This comes as Andi and Rochelle head up the popular ITV magazine show for a short summer stint.
