The former Gladiators presenter, 54, arrived at the annual event in Berkshire wearing an elegant black midi dress that featured shoulder pads and statement ruched sleeves.
The Swedish-British presenter gave a glimpse of the tattoos on her arms and hands in the classy ensemble which she teamed with a pair of nude heels.
Ulrika swept her blonde locks into a sleek bun and wore a matching fascinator alongside several gold necklaces to add a touch of glam to the chic outfit.
The former model posed up a storm alongside her 27-year-old son, whom she shares with ex-husband John Turnball.
She made sure to keep her fans updated on her outings surrounding the racing event as she took to Instagram to share some behind the scenes snaps before she left.
The former BBC star stood on her staircase and struck a pose wearing the black number, captioning the snap: “Bitches.”
She also shared a snap alongside her son, with Cameron sporting a beaming smile for the camera and Ulrika donning a slight pout.
The television presenter was amongst several famous faces who attended the star-studded racing event, including BBC beauty Maya Jama.
The presenter, 27, made sure all eyes were on her as she donned a fuchsia floor-length gown which featured ruffled details.
She elevated her height with a pair of gold strappy heels and donned a bright floral headpiece, staying in touch with the new and bold dress code.
Bowel babe Deborah James was also in attendance alongside her brother brother Benjamin James and his fiancé Ashley Hall.
The 40-year-old, who is receiving end of life care for stage four bowel cancer, looked phenomenal in a black and white polka dot dress that featured a frilled collar.
