Vicky Pattison fans have been left in tears after tuning into her new documentary.
The reality TV star, 34, explored her complicated relationship with her dad John and alcoholism in an emotional Channel 4 show which aired on Tuesday (August 2) evening.
Growing up Vicky’s dad John was a functional alcoholic and he’s since fallen off the wagon.

As an adult she says can understand better but still struggles with how much her family went through and that her dad could not stop drinking, even for her.
In the one-off special episode, Vicky and John go to see a family mediator together in a bid to improve their communication.

Vicky, who is engaged to former TOWIE hunk Ercan Ramadan, broke down in tears as she finally opened up to her father about her concerns with his drinking.
Things took a turn when John told Vicky: “It would be a lie if I say I’ll never drink again to you. I’ll try my absolute hardest.”
The former Geordie Shore star is left disappointed with her dad’s comments and later issued him an ultimatum.

Vicky told John that needs to commit to try stopping drinking if he wants to remain part of her life.
Fans were left in tears and rushed to praise Vicky for being so honest in the documentary.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “@VickyPattison new documentary tonight has me in absolute tears.”
Another added: “This @VickyPattison documentary is very raw, emotional but so inspiring. I wanna give her the biggest hug.”
A third person posted: “Breaking my heart watching Vicky Pattison.”

While a fourth social media said: “I’ve been crying all the way through watching Vicky Pattison’s show.”
Elsewhere in the show, a teary Vicky shared her fears that her children will never meet John.
She says: “I really want to be a mam. I really want to have kids.
“I want my kids to meet you. I’m so worried dad that that if you don’t stop drinking, and you don’t get a proper handle on it, that you won’t meet them.
