X Factor’s Diana Vickers has shared a video of herself in tears after enduring “another night of pain” as she battles a mystery illness.
The singer explained she was suffering with pain and bloating and told fans she had been feeling “so alone”.
“Another night of pain,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Another morning of waking up like I’m nine months pregnant after eating no dinner or breakfast due to feeling I have a blanket in my stomach.”
“I’ve been feeling so alone and from the hundreds of responses I got after my post and other women feeling alone with these symptoms, it seems no one can diagnose me,” she went on.

“I’m hoping me sharing how I feel can comfort you as well as me,” Diana added.
The star, 30, later posted an update to expand on her symptoms.
She told her fans: “The leg and pelvic pain is present today but bloat not 9 months maybe a cute 3 month.
“Also been drilled into me that gluten is the devil for any sort of inflammation, even if it’s reproductive issues or stomach issues it can cause aggravation.”

Diana’s fans expressed their concern after the star shared her news.
“Poor Diana!!” one person wrote on Instagram.
“Hope you’re okay, take care xx,” another well-wisher tweeted.
The singer made her name when she was a contestant on TV and music mogul Simon Cowell’s talent show back in 2008, making it all the way to the semi-final of the competition.

Despite not winning, she went on to land a record deal and had songs such as Once, My Wicked Heart and The Boy Who Murdered Love.
Diana also starred on stage in the West End.
She is now based across the pond in the US and is also pursuing an acting career.
