1000lb Sisters viewers have been left “haunted” after the emotional scene aired where Caleb Willingham cried and said goodbye to his wife Tammy Slaton.
The star had to leave her husband behind when she left rehab and fans saw the heartbreaking moment on Tuesday night when the second part of season four aired on TLC. Tammy was able to get her trach removed, and she was approved to go home to her family in Kentucky.
However, her hubby Caleb was not approved to leave and so she had to leave him behind. After a lot of tears, a hug, and some kisses, Tammy said goodbye to Caleb, although she wasn’t sure when she would be able to see him again.

In May, The US Sun reported that the newlyweds had separated because Caleb was struggling to follow his diet. The publication went on to suggest that Tammy was reportedly getting ready to file for divorce later in the year but Caleb passed away the following month.
After he passed in June Tammy said that she was “devastated” and called him her “guardian angel. She told People at the time: “I am devastated to share the news of my husband’s passing. He was my best friend and I loved him dearly. “When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he is watching over me. Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
