Jonnie Irwin has delighted fans after revealing the latest photos behind his home transformation amid his terminal cancer battle.
The A Place In The Sun star, 49, was given just six months to live in 2020 when he was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer.
The cancer then spread to his brain, and almost two and a half years later he publicly shared his diagnosis in December.

Since then, Jonnie has been making as many memories as he can with his wife Jessica Holmes, and their children, Rex, four, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac
And on Wednesday (July 19) the property expert shared some photos from his latest home renovation project.
In his photos, Jonnie showed off his plush living room – complete with snazzy sofas and a wall-to-ceiling windows.
He wrote in the caption: “Phase 1 complete. Previously a cold virtually unused part of the house has been transformed whilst in keeping with the original 60’s character.”
He added: “The main difference has been to punch through the south-facing wall and create an enormous view onto the garden via a bespoke @alunag_aluminiumsupplier window. This idea rightfully had its doubters but I think the gamble has paid off.
“Replacement windows and sliding doors match the design and profiles which is key. The stove in the corner even makes this large room cosy in the cold weather so thanks to @northumberlandstoves for your advice on this. I’m really happy with the end result and even think Don Draper would approve! #madmenstyle #renovation.”
Fans rushed to the comments section to share their love of his new living room, with one writing: “Massive achievement!”
Someone else said: “Absolutely stunning, a total triumph,” while a third quipped: “It’s lovely Jonnie! sending best wishes to you – can only imagine how tough things are right now – you will always be the BEST homes presenter ever!!!”
It comes after Jonnie opened up about a big regret amid his terminal cancer fight, saying he wants people to learn from his “mistake”.
Speaking on AIG Life’s The OneChat podcast, Jonnie said he wanted to leave a “positive footprint” in the world as he talked about what he wished he’d done differently.
“I want people to learn from my mistake,” he said.
“I didn’t take critical illness insurance out and therefore I had to keep working. Without work, I’ve got no means of paying the bills.”
He added: “And if I had taken the critical illness insurance out, that could’ve covered my outgoings and I probably could have come out and told the world a lot sooner.”
“I could have had two years of living a more open lifestyle,” added the 49-year-old.
“And I want people to learn from that mistake.”
