America’s Got Talent Judge Heidi Klum has defended her decision to strip down to her lingerie alongside her 19-year-old daughter, claiming that they have a “beautiful relationship”.
Heidi and Leni posed up a storm in a photoshoot for the lingerie brand Intimissi in May earlier this year and they received a critical backlash from fans. In an interview with Daily Mail Heidi said that she enjoyed working alongside her daughter because it was “fun” to see her daughter being comfortable in her own skin.
In the shoot, the catwalk queen was wearing a skimpy purple floral underwear set and her daughter donned an angelic white bra and underwear. The pair held hands for some of the snaps showing off their close mother-daughter relationship as they both showcased their incredible figures.

After posting the snaps on her social media, Heidi received a furious backlash from viewers with some branding it “weird” and “embarrassing.” But other fans loved the snaps and called the pair the “best daughter-mom couple”.

The supermodel has now addressed the comments and she told the outlet: “It’s been fun to shoot together. To do photoshoots together with her and just to see how she’s just very comfortable and also comfortable around me even when we’re doing underwear shoots or something like that.”
The star also added that she loves that she has this “beautiful relationship” with her daughter. Leni herself previously addressed the criticism, telling PageSix: “I am overall happy with the campaign and I had an amazing day with my mom.

“I think the photos turned out great.” She added that her mother is an “inspiration”. Heidi shares Leni with 73-year-old billionaire Flavio Briatore.
She also has three other children – 17-year-old Henry, 16-year-old Johan, and 13-year-old Lou with her ex Seal. Seal and Heidi were together for eight years and Seal adopted Leni when she was five years old.
When asked by the Daily Mail if she gives her daughter any advice on love, Heidi claimed that she doesn’t need to as her “daughter has had a boyfriend for four years”. Leni is currently dating Aris Rachevsky.
