BGT fans call for Bruno Tonioli to be replaced as Amanda Holden takes cheeky swipe

Britain’s Got Talent viewers are calling for Bruno Tonioli to be replaced on the ITV series, as fellow judge Amanda Holden makes a cheeky dig at her co-star.

The Italian TV star joined the series this year replacing comedian David Walliams.

But the enthusiastic star has rubbed some viewers the wrong way, and many are calling for him to be axed.

“Is there anyway we can start a petition to replace Bruno he’s actually ruined this show this year #bgt #BritainsGotTalent He was never this painful on Strictly! It’s like he’s showing off in front of Simon CRINGE,” slammed one viewer.

Another penned: “I’m yet to see a positive thing said about Bruno bring ANYBODY else back PLEASE.”

While a third begged the show to bring back Walliams: “Bruno is the worst thing to happen to Britain’s got talent! Please bring David back #bgt.”

She was even heard making a cheeky dig at him, saying: “”I thought I killed Bruno. I think I’m gutted i didn’t”.

Fans also believe that fellow judge Alesha Dixon secretly can’t stand Bruno.

“Is it just me or does Alesha seem to be like “bombastic side eye. Criminal side eye” every time Bruno just over talks everyone or hogs the camera? It’s killing me!” said one fan.

“Alesha hates Bruno lmao,” said another.

“love how much Alesha hates Bruno,” penned a third, while a fourth added: ““I’m not convinced Alesha likes Bruno very much.”

Hosts Ant and Dec were forced to apologise for a swearing incident early on in the show after Bruno allegedly dropped an “F-bomb.”

The previous night Bruno also swore after being brought on stage with fellow judges for a horrifying act.

“We have to just say sorry if you heard a bit of choice language on this show last night. There will be none of that this evening,” they reassured.

As they joked that they weren’t going to be “naming names,” Bruno looked guilty on the judging desk as the audience chanted his name.

The camera then switched back to Ant and Dec for a jokey ‘slap wrist’ gesture.
