Before the famous foursome hopped into a vehicle which Andrew later pulled with his tongue, Bruno was heard saying: “F**king hell Simon, not again.”
And his slip of the tongue didn’t go unnoticed from ITV viewers watching the hit show at home.
So much so that on Wednesday night, hosts Ant and Dec issued an apology – just minutes into the episode airing.
“Before we carry on, we have to say sorry if you heart a bit of choice language on the show last night,” Ant said, as he pointed towards Bruno.
“There’ll be none of that this evening,” he added, as Dec quipped: “Not looking at anyone.”
The audience then booed as Bruno sheepily looked away from the camera.
Later on in the show, it appeared someone else dropped a swear bomb as Ant and Dec issued another apology to viewers.
Bruno’s slip of the tongue on Tuesday left BGT fans in tears, with many rushing to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Did Bruno forget he has a mic.”
Another added: “I thought I heard Bruno swearing to Simon on stage about the act.”
A third person posted: “Bruno swearing” with a crying laugh face emoji.
The Italian TV personality, 67, also distracted fans last night as he continuously jumped enthusiastically into the air every time he offered his verdict to the acts.
Someone glue Bruno to the chair #BGT . I love the bloke last night the dancer, wouldn’t be surprised if diversity get him on tour with them,” said one fan.
“Bruno has been standing up and yelling since his Strictly days, yes it’s incredibly annoying but it’s just him so complaints won’t change it ,” warned a second viewer.
A third chimed in: “Is there a name for the complaint where someone is unable to speak unless they are standing #Toniolitis.”
