Britney Spears stunned fans after she frantically danced around in a pair of tiny shorts while admitting she “can’t sleep because of the pain.”
In the video posted on her Instagram account on Saturday (January 7), the 41-year-old slipped her famous figure into a pair of tiny black shorts for the racy routine.
Britney, who was freed from her controversial conservatorship in 2021 could be seen energetically dancing around her home to Nogra Erez’s song Nails.

Flashing her sensational physique, the pop princess also donned a yellow crop top that boasted ruffled sleeves.
Britney wore her iconic blonde locks loose as she tossed her head back and forth, while striking up several sizzling poses.
Despite the Toxic hitmaker appearing in good spirits in the video, she took to the caption to candidly admit she is unable to sleep because of “the pain.”

“Hey I’ve played the game and I will continue to do my thing because I CAN!!!,” she wrote to her 41.6 million followers.
“I think we all know by now my life hasn’t been picture perfect and never was but damn it helps to think my life could be picture perfect!!!
“I only show the good moments on Instagram because it helps my mental stability!!! It’s so heart wrenching and humbling to complain and complain for hours FOR CAMERAS supporting you with I never had!… If don’t want to share those moments ever again then so be it!!! Honestly kiss my mother f****** a**!!!”

Britney then made a heartbreaking revelation, noting: “People don’t know I sleep for days sometimes because of the pain but then I guess God whispers in my ears to give me strength and then I rise!!!
“I express myself and send my message and find my core!!! To stay hungry… to live and… to let go!!! Prayers to every single one of you!!!”
The Grammy-winning star turned off the comments on the picture, a trend which has been occurring recently on her posts.
Fans have grown concerned for the singer after her Instagram “went dark” recently and she has started turning off the comments.
On an old upload, fans have gathered in the comments to speculate about Britney and have claimed that someone else is running the account.

One noticed that the “biggest red flag” is that the “paparazzi have not caught up with her since her conservatorship was lifted.”
They continued on to say that her “photos and captions are completely off” and questioned, “why the comments are turned off”.
Someone was so worried about Spears that they claimed to have “called the FBI” and urged them to “do a wellness check” on the singer.
Fans also gathered in her defence and pointed out that it was “no wonder” she had her comments switched off as “half the replies on her posts are conspiracy theories”.
