Britney Spears has left fans frantic with worry after posting a new dance video wearing a very tight green gown.
In her latest Instagram post, the Oops… I Did It Again songstress donned an off-the-shoulder clinging neon green gown with a rouched style ending at her mid-thigh.
The pop princess secured her blonde tresses in a half-up, half-down style left to flow loose down her back.

Switching things up with a pair of strappy camel heels and a pair of dark aviator shades, Britney posed alongside a wall spray painted with graffiti and cheekily danced for her legion of followers.

Britney wrote: “I was hot in my car… saw some pink graffiti and played!!!”
While some fans branded the new video “iconic”, others were a little concerned for Britney as she seemed slightly “manic” and appeared to be filming in a shady location.
Confused fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts, with one writing: “Why doesn’t her car have air conditioning?”

As another posted: “Oh my goodness please someone help her!”
A fourth social media user begged: “What is going on with her?? Somebody please help guide her on making better choices.”
It comes amid speculation that Britney and her husband Sam Asghari have split – with both of them spotted without their wedding rings.
Britney sparked further concern by reflecting on how ‘happy’ she was before tying the knot for the third time.

She posted alongside a clip of herself and Sam heading to Mexico: “Throwback to Mexico… before I got married … so happy and silly here!!!”
However, this week Sam has hit back at those rumours, with his representative telling Entertainment Tonight: “Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie.”
But eagle-eyed fans were concerned when Britney also ditched her own ring during a string of dancing videos.
