Caitlyn Jenner has been supported by fans after the death of her mother, Esther, at the age of 96.
Esther was just a few weeks shy of marking her 97th birthday.
In a poignant tribute to the late matriarch, Caitlyn posted a series of photos of Esther alongside the Kardashian clan.

Alongside the photos, taken at Esther’s 95th birthday party, Caitlyn wrote: “I am heartbroken to announce my mom passed away yesterday morning, peacefully.”
She added: “Losing a mother is unique in the sense that she is the only person that loved me my entire life. I will miss her tremendously.
“She was a few weeks shy of 97 and lived a full life. Love you mom.”
In one snap, Caitlyn’s mum could be seen sitting in an armchair holding silver 95 balloons with a huge smile on her face and manicured red fingernails, while Caitlyn posed up a storm in the background.
And in another, Esther grinned at the camera while enjoying a meal with her family.
Caitlyn’s followers – and celebrity pals – jumped into the comments section to share condolences, with I’m A Celeb star Jac Jossa writing: “So sorry for your loss, sending loads of love.”
Someone else chimed in: “She loved you for you! Rest in peace Mama Jenner!”
As another fan added: “Sorry for your loss sending you all love at this sad time from the UK.”
“So sorry to hear. Sending love,” somebody else posted.
Known for being an outspoken character in the reality TV world, Esther didn’t hold back last year when she offered her own opinion of The Kardashians.
“I think that Kardashian show is the most senseless thing I have ever watched,” she told The Sun.

But she went on: “But my two granddaughters, Kendall and Kylie, created it, and I love them dearly. They’re my blood.
“And my four step-grandchildren — Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Robert — feel like they’re mine, too.”
Back in 2015, Caitlyn was there for her mum when she broke both hips, branding the matriarch “tough” as she managed to remain “mobile” despite her pain.
And it was Esther who supported Caitlyn during her first public appearance after her transition at the 2015 ESPY Awards.
