Dua Lipa has been noticeably cruising throughout the Mediterranean, thanks to an incredible career which has propelled her to super stardom internationally.

Ever since her first singles in 2015, the London-born singer has seen her career grow to the point of receiving global accolades and numerous partnerships with the most luxurious brands out there.

It is no surprise that Dua has been able to take a break for the last couple of weeks, as the award-winning singer can safely rely on her net worth which is now estimated at $35 million (£28 million) according to Celebrity Net Worth .

The Anglo-Albanian musician’s first taste of international success came in 2015, when her second single Be The One was issued to European success, reaching number one in Belgium, Poland and Slovakia, as well as charting in the top ten in over eleven European territories.

Following the success of Be The One, Dua toured for the first time in the UK and Europe in 2016, before releasing another hit, Blow Your Mind, which peaked at number 30 in the UK and became the singer’s first entry on the US Billboard Hot 100.

In 2016, Dua kept busy as she featured on Sean Paul’s No Lie, which eventually became a top-ten hit in ten countries.

The song also became Sean Paul’s most-streamed song as of December 2022, as its music video surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube during the same year.

Dua’s popularity continued to grow as after the No Lie release, a documentary about the singer named See In Blue was commissioned by The Fader magazine.

In 2017, Dua started winning what would become a long list of awards, including the BBC’s Teen Awards award for the Best Single, The Eurosonic Public Choice Award, and the Glamour’s Next Breakthrough award.

Dua has since been crowned with two American Music awards, a Billboard music award, four Brit awards, two Guinness World records, several MTV music awards, and many more.

The popstar also released her first album in 2017, and subsequently became the most streamed woman of the same year.

Movie soundtracks

In 2019, Dua released the single Swan song as part of the soundtrack to the 2019 film Alita: Battle Angel.

This would only be the start of a new music outlet, as Dua released another Hollywood song in 2021, Can They Hear Us, for the film Gully.

She went on to contribute to the 2023 Barbie film, which beat records in the box office, and even featured the singer as a mermaid Barbie.

In 2020, Dua found a way to entertain us all during the pandemic, as she released her second studio album.

Future Nostalgia generated six hit singles, including Don’t Start Now which quickly peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In the United Kingdom, the album reached the UK Albums Chart for four non-consecutive weeks.

Luxury brand partnerships

Besides topping global music charts, touring, and landing her voice as well as even acting in various movies and ads, Dua has been endorsed for several luxury brands.

From 2018 to 2019, the singer partnered with major names, including Jaguar, Adidas, Footlocker, Pepe Jeans, the French mineral water Evian, and even Yves Saint Laurent.

She quickly moved to promoting a shoe for Puma she designed, called Mayze in 2021.

The same year, Dua was announced as the face of Versace’s Fall-Winter 2021 campaign, and her face has since been seen on multiple posters worldwide.
