Former This Morning star Eamonn Holmes has taken aim at presenter Holly Willoughby and said she should never return to the ITV show.
Appearing on GB News on Monday night (May 29), Eamonn failed to mince his words as he claimed Holly was often “distant” with members of This Morning staff and didn’t know their names.
Eamonn, 63, also accused Holly, 42, of distancing herself from the scandal surrounding Phillip Schofield’s affair with a younger colleague which has ultimately bought ITV into question.

Talking to presenter Dan Wootton, Eamonn said: “Not only should Phillip go, but Holly should follow him out the door.
“I don’t think you’ll ever see Holly back on the couch again.
“Holly doesn’t know people’s names, either.
“This is legendary within the production teams, that’s how distant they are and how they just don’t care.”
The father-of-four then went on to add that Holly is more concerned with protecting her brand, money and advertising deals.
He continued: “There are people who say for her it’s not about what Phillip did, it’s not about protecting the young fella involved.
“There are financial experts who would say it’s about brand protection with her, her company, and advertising deals which looks like she’s distancing herself from to protect herself.”
This Morning was thrown into chaos, with Phillip, 61, choosing to step down from ITV completely after his affair with a much younger colleague came to light.
Talking about the current situation an insider claimed to The Sun: “It’s all out war.
“There is blood on the walls. All bets are off now and household stars cannot be held back.”
Following accusations that Holly may have always known about Phil’s past, she also took to Instagram stories to inform the naysayers that she was also unaware.
In a statement, she wrote: “It’s taken time to process yesterday’s news.
“When reports of this relationship first surfaced, I asked Phil directly if this was true and was told it was not.
“It’s been very hurtful to now find out that this was a lie.”
During his interview with GB News, Eamonn added fuel to the fire when he alleged that ITV would provide “taxis” for Phillip’s runner lover and that Thursday nights were usually “playtime” for the pair.
