Ellie Goulding left fans breathless as she stripped to her teeniest bikini yet, putting her lithe frame front and centre.
The brunette beauty was lounging on a plush leather couch to celebrate her 36th birthday, wearing nothing but her tiny – and strapless – green floral two-piece.
Songstress Ellie left her toned tummy on full display in the sizzling snap, matching things up with a gold pendant necklace.

Opting for a natural make-up look, Ellie added a swipe of eyeliner and left the rest to nature, letting her dark brown tresses fall loose past her shoulders as she grinned for the camera.
In her lengthy caption, the star wrote: “Slightly delayed post but do allow me a birthday shot in quite good lighting.
“Some random thoughts today now I’m another year older
“Staying in the glow of everything I’ve accomplished (including the teeny things like getting out of bed) and not constantly downplaying things to myself to exhaustion. Accepting it’s ok to be proud of yourself
“Inspired by @lenadunham post- sick of ‘trying’ but not with action verbs like doing. I love her a lot,” she said.
Ellie went on: “I think ashwaganda has genuinely proven to be most effective for stress. And magnesium before bed. Eating well (fruit and veg) too.
“Picking up the book next to the one I reach for sometimes. (Currently ‘We were Young’ by Niamh Campbell).
“Noticing that my anxiety induced adrenaline might be ageing me (or is that just age?!) but I also feel like I could lift a car at any moment, so I’m still quite lethal somehow despite being knackered most of the time.
“I have spent more time alone on walks this year than ever. Don’t always find the answers, but being in nature will always be the most healing and nurturing thing possible.”

Ellie also had some classical music recommendations for her loyal legion of fans, before asking: “Is brunette better? Remains to be seen [to be honest].
“Sleep is crucial too. Lots of sleep. That’s all for now! Love you x.”
Her fans were soon clamouring to comment, with one telling Ellie: “Love you so much!”
