Emmerdale fans have theorised that Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) could be in danger as she grows closer to Caleb Dingle.
Viewers have been wary of Caleb, played by Waterloo Road star Will Ash, since he arrived on Christmas Day and are desperate to find out what his true motives are.
During Monday’s instalment (April 3) of the ITV soap, Leyla returned to the village for the first time since being held hostage by drug dealer Callum.

Leyla bonded with Caleb as they discussed her harrowing experience with Callum, but fans believe her involvement with the criminal is Caleb’s motive for showing an interest in her.
They have also suggested Leyla’s budding romance with Caleb could even result in her death.
One fan wrote: “Caleb out for revenge then for stitching up one of his dealers. #Emmerdale.”
“What if Caleb pretends to get with Leyla but will just end up using her as a pawn in his dirty businesses? Don’t go there Leyla,” insisted a second viewer.
Another person added: “Not Caleb casually dropping in the fact he should have ‘saved’ her from his own drug dealer. The unfortunate clue here is that she will fall for him and he will use her. I can see an exit coming here.”
“I will riot if they put Caleb and Leila together. I can only see this ending badly for Leyla and that’s either with an exit for good or a death,” fumed fourth fan.
Caleb’s true identity has been topic of discussion amongst fans since he arrived in the Dales and was only further fuelled after he made a mystery phone call.
Speaking to an unknown person, he said: “We’re finally making headway. We keep reeling him in until we get exactly what we want.”
Fans have speculated either Jamie or Joe Tate were on the other end, while others think he could also be linked to Alex Moore or Home Farm nanny Nicky.
