Emmerdale actor Mike Parr looks unrecognisable four years after leaving the ITV soap.
The star, who played Ross Barton, stared seriously at the camera as he posed for a topless Instagram selfie.
Mike, 35, compared himself to heavyweight boxer Paul Sykes and captioned the post: “Paul Sykes vibes.”

He sent fans into a frenzy as they confessed they “still would.”
“Still look hot,” one follower wrote.
The Barton’s were a hit with Emmerdale viewers following years of turbulent storylines.
Ross started off on the soap as a villain but fans soon fell in love with the handsome hunk.
Mike admitted that he tried to leave Emmerdale a year before he actually did but he was convinced to continue his character.
The actor took part in a dramatic acid attack storyline which saw him fall head over heels with a brain-injured multi-millionaire heiress Rebecca White.
Mike eventually left the show and started a new chapter in the US in a bid to take on Hollywood.
He has kept himself busy with roles in the drama Bulletproof, Our Home and Mister Mayfair.
Mike reflected on acting last year and wrote on Instagram: “Acting – 2022. Jobs I’ve taped for, jobs I’ve had, jobs I’ve lost, jobs I wanted, jobs I got.
“It’s a funny old game but there’s nothing else I’d rather do.”
He added: “2022. Highs, lows, blows, judo throws. Love, hate, tears and beers. Cocktails, epic fails, some sorrow, some ‘I’ll see you tomorrow’.
His co-star Adam Thomas, who played his brother Adam Barton, also moved on from Emmerdale after eight years on the soap.
Adam admitted on an episode of The Chase: “[I was on there for] Eight, nine years – the best years of my life. I don’t know why I left!
“It was amazing. Great people, great show. [It was] Amazing, unbelievable.”
