Longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak shocked viewers when he raced over to a prize-winning player and put him in an armlock.
The contestant, named Fred, had swept aside the competition on Tuesday’s episode to make it to the final board, where he scooped a huge $75,800 (£62,000).
Overcome with emotion at the major win, Fred hugged his father, but, when the pair separated, Sajak stealthily moved in to execute the wrestling move on the player.

The attack followed a series of snarky comments from Sajak throughout the contest, as he beat his opponents, including calling him a “brute”.
At the beginning of the show, Fred revealed he was a man of many talents, which included being a drama teacher, bar trivia host and professional wrestler.
He admitted he gets paid “very little” to participate in the sport, adding that he wrestles “for the fun.”
His hobby prompted the show’s host to offer to take him out when chatting to Fred’s opponents.

“Just because he’s a professional wrestler… you want me to body slam him for you?” Sajak asked the other players.
The players responded with a “yes” to Sajak’s question.
Once Fred made it to the bonus round, he guessed the puzzle in three attempts for the Phrase category.
After Fred won the bonus round and the host announced he was taking home the $75,800 prize, Fred appeared emotional with his win.
He flexed his muscles excitedly and then proceeded to hug his father
While he basked in his glory, Sajak ran over to tackle Fred and attempted to bend his arm behind his back and grabbed his face with the other arm while putting him in a headlock.
Fans were quick to react to the bizarre moment between the game show winner and Sajak.
“Not only another Perfect Game, but another showdown with Pat vs. another contestant!” commented one person.
Another fan questioned, “What was with Pat at the end?”
“Don’t fall Pat,” one comment read.
Others seemed alarmed by the game show host’s wrestling moves. “I would never wrestle a contestant like Sajak was doing if I was host of Wheel of Fortune,” a viewer wrote.
