The presenting duo have been married for 37 years after tying the knot in 1986, and now the dad of two has revealed wife Judy sleeps in the spare bedroom.

Speaking to his co-host Charlotte Hawkins, Richard revealed Judy had moved to the spare room after discovering an unwelcome visitor in her bedroom.
Richard shared: “I was saying earlier that Judy is now sleeping in the spare room because we have got this mouse in the bedroom now.
“It comes out from the bed at about 11pm every night on the dot, virtually to the second.
“I’ve set traps and I have put boxes out and a lot of people are saying peanut butter. But I have tried peanut butter and it stinks.”
After sharing the news that he and wife Judy are no longer sharing a bed, Richard was inundated with advice from GMB viewers on how to catch the rodent intruder and get back to sharing a bed with Judy.
One said: #GMB tell Richard to buy new traps and only handle them with latex gloves on (to load with peanut butter and place) otherwise they smell human of the trap and don’t bother with it and live another day. And place the traps around the edges of the room and behind the bed.”
While another suggested: “Put chocolate in a humane trap, then release the mouse in wild #gmb.”
Richard and Judy, who presented This Morning on ITV in the 1990s, have been married since 1986 and have two children, son Jack and daughter Chloe .
Daughter Chloe has recently given birth to her first child, with dad Richard being dubbed ‘The baby whisperer’ by Chloe and husband James Haskell.
In an interview with OK! magazine, James shared: “Do you remember the other night he came in and she wasn’t settling and as soon as he started talking to her she settled like an absolute dream, I would say he is like the baby whisperer.”
