Holly Willoughby’s ‘true feelings’ have reportedly been ‘revealed’ following her former This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield’s bombshell interviews about his affair.
In his first broadcast interview since he confessed about his affair with a young runner at ITV, Phillip revealed to the BBC on Friday (June 2) that Holly had not replied to his last text messages.
Phillip, 61, has been best friends with co-host Holly since they started working on the show together back in 2009.

Though due to all the recent revelations, a rift has emerged between the pair, leaving their friendship in tatters, with her not even responding to his messages.
Phil explained: “I WhatsApped her on the day that I put the statement up and I said to her, ‘I know you can’t reply. You’re probably not allowed to but I am so desperately, desperately sorry.
“I adore Holly. She is my TV sister and know I don’t have a problem with her at all.”
However, according to a source, Holly was reportedly “saddened” to see Phillip look “so downtrodden” and in a “bad way” during his tell-all interview.
The source told The Sun: “Holly had not spoken to Phil, but was saddened to see him like that.
“Seeing Phil so downtrodden and in a bad way was distressing for a number of people who know him personally.
“There is a big team on This Morning and it was shocking for people to see him that way.”
The source then alleged that it is an “incredibly sad situation,” with the This Morning team and Holly focusing on delivering the “best shows they can moving forward.”
Daily Star has reached out to Holly’s representatives for comment.
It comes after Phillip’s replacement on This Morning has been confirmed as Josie Gibson, who will join Holly Willoughby upon her return next week.
On Friday (June 1), it was confirmed by This Morning hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary that Holly will be joined by Josie to front the show.
Holly will be making her big TV comeback on Monday after a tough few weeks following Phillip’s abrupt exit.
