Hollyoaks have signed up three new stars as Darren Osbourne’s (Ashley Taylor Dawson) is faced with blasts from his past.
The Channel 4 soap has already confirmed that Emma Rigby and Suzanne Hall are reprising their roles as mother and daughter Suzanne and Hannah Ashworth and it has now been revealed that they will be joined by Darren’s twin children Frankie and Jack Junior in January.
New cast members Isabelle Smith and Ryan Mulvey have been filming alongside Ashley Taylor Dawson and Jessica Fox, who plays Nancy Osbourne, as their characters are set to reunite with estranged dad Darren when they arrive to the village earlier next year.

Talking about joining Hollyoaks, Isabelle said “I’m so excited to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks, it still hasn’t sunk in! You should expect a lot of ups and downs with Frankie but all I’ll say is, don’t judge her too soon.”
Ryan added “I’m buzzing to join the cast of the Osbourne family. JJ is charismatic, sporty and a proper mummy’s boy who knows exactly how to get what he wants.”
Talking about reprising her role, Suzanne Hall said “I’m super excited to be returning as Suzanne and working with Ashley and Emma and of course the twins Izzy and Ryan. In true Hollyoaks style there is so much happening, lots of twists and turns and as always a huge storyline to come.”
Also this winter, Vicky Grant’s (Anya Lawrence) half-brother Andre is set to cause a stir when he rocks up to the youth club and befriends the resident teens, with a secret goal of reuniting with his estranged sibling.
However, she has no idea that she has a half-brother, which leads to some very awkward moments when Vicky gets the wrong end of the stick. Andre has been described as fun, charismatic, and quick-witted. He becomes fast friends with Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass), who offers him a place to stay at the Maaliks when he learns of his troubled home life.
David’s first episode as Andre on Hollyoaks will be available to stream on Channel 4 on Wednesday, December 6 December or catch live on E4 at 7pm on Thursday, December 7. Talking about joining the Channel 4 soap, David said: “Being welcomed into the Hollyoaks family has been amazing and I’m enjoying the process of playing Andre. He is a kid who always thinks one step ahead of everyone else and is filled with so many thoughts and ideas. I can’t wait to see what life in the village has in store for him.”
Hollyoaks streams weeknights at 7:30pm on Channel 4’s streaming platform, or catch episodes on TV at 7pm on E4
