I’m A Celebrity… South Africa star Janice Dickinson’s appearance sparked concern amongst fans as she returned to the ITV programme.
The former supermodel, 68, reunited with her fellow campmates when she made her way back into the bush during Thursday’s episode (May 11).
As the celebrities were forced to decide which person to send home, it became clear Janice’s face was purposely not being shown on camera, despite her voice being heard.

In tonight’s grand final, this year’s stars appeared once again as they watched Myleene Klass and Jordan Banjo take on the dreaded eating trial in a battle to become the first I’m A Celebrity legend.
And during the last episode of the series, the same format was followed as a close-up of Janice’s face wasn’t shown on camera.
The subject was topic of conversation on social media as viewers of the show shared their thoughts.
“It’s like they have Janice’s microphone turned up extra loud since they’re not allowed to show her busted up face,” wrote one fan.
Another viewer asked: “What’s wrong with Janice’s face,” as a third person added: “What’s going on with Janice? She sounds and looks strange and they are not doing close-ups of her face?” (sic)
“What is wrong with Janice’s face have I missed something?” added a fourth.
Another pointed out: “Still not showing Janice’s face….,” while a sixth shared: “What in the actual living b*****d hell? WTF has HAPPENED to her FACE?”
Janice, who finished runner-up on I’m A Celeb in 2007, was forced to exit the show early after suffering a head injury.
The TV personality was rushed to hospital after the fall and was told she would be unable to return to camp.
Helen Flanagan delivered the news of Janice’s abrupt exit to the rest of camp via a Bush Bulletin.
The message from Janice said: “Dear beloved campmates, Never in my life have I had such an extraordinary experience with all of you animals.
“You are the new BFFs, loves of my life and I’ll miss you until I get to see you again. Kisses to all of you and miss you. Love, Janice.”
The mum-of-two cheekily added: “P.S Joe, I’m still p***ed at you and I’ll never get over it” before she added: “Joke. All the love.”
