Coronation Street’s Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) gets devastating news this week.
The MND nurse breaks the news that he only has six to 12 months left to live in heartbreaking scenes set to air on the ITV soap. Elsewhere, Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) tells Gemma Brown (Dolly-Rose Campbell) that headache or not, Joseph Brown (William Flanagan) is going to school, However, when he gets home to find Gemma ignored his advice, Chesney’s furious.
Meanwhile, Carla Barlow (Alison King) arrives home from a fruitless business trip to Spain, still frosty with Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne). She later lies to the Underworld workers and assures them that the bank has traced the stolen money and they’ll all be paid by the end of the day but she needs them to crack on with the order.
However, the lie is uncovered and staff all down tools, leaving Carla and Sarah Barlow(Tina O’Brien) begging them to reconsider, pointing out that if the order doesn’t go out, the factory will go under. Will the staff reconsider?
