The Chase host Bradley Walsh told a contestant to stop telling him what to do in a hilariously savage moment.
On Monday’s show (November 6), Bradley and the nation were gobsmacked after player Dan got an Only Fools and Horses question wrong. When quizzed about the popular BBC show, Dan was asked which character became famous for calling Rodney the wrong name.
The question was: “Which ‘Only Fools and Horses’ character says “Ain’t there no words to this Dave?” when listening to Mozart with Rodney?” But unfortunately, Dan, who admitted he’d never seen the classic comedy series, chose the character Delboy as his answer.

However, the correct answer was in fact, Trigger. After seeing Dan’s failed attempt, a rather unimpressed Bradley failed to mince his words and asked the player, “What planet do you live on?”
Still gutted by Dan choosing the incorrect option, Bradley went on to label him “desperate Dan”. And things didn’t get any better for the contestant later, either.
Bradley, clearly under the impression his player was meddling, told Dan off when he appeared to suggest that Delboy, who is Rodney’s brother could have been the right answer. But this left Bradley reeling even further as he knew Dan’s chances of getting through to the final were now slim.
Bradley said: “That could be the end of it of a full house now.” Still feeling hopeful, Dan chimed: “I’ve still got one more!”
The presenter replied: “I know, settle down! I know what the game is, I play it all the time! I didn’t get it wrong, did I?”
Bradley asked: “Which out of the two of us didn’t know it?” As Dan admitted that he didn’t know the answer, Bradley then said: “Well don’t tell me what to do, I know what I’m doing!”
After seeing Dan’s mishap, fans at home were also frustrated and appeared to take Bradley’s side. Heading over to Twitter, upset viewers shared their thoughts.
One social media user jokingly said: “He must be the only person in the country who didn’t know Trigger.” While another penned: “Had an open goal with Trigger and missed. Not even VAR could help him.”
Unfortunately for Dan, he also got his last question wrong. Therefore he was caught by chaser Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty and was sent home.
