Jersey Shore legend Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola has made a surprise return to the show after an 11-year break.
The 36-year-old reality star was an original cast member of the hit MTV show and made her return on Thursday’s episode (May 4) of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Sammi’s shock return comes after the reality star announced in 2018 that she would not be returning to the show for its special reboot.
