Katie Price has revealed exactly what she eats in one day.
The former glamour model, 45, has told her followers that she eats just 900 calories a day.
She posted a video to TikTok and Instagram as part of her collaboration with Skinny Food Co.

In the clip, she shared footage of her daily food intake and showcased the different productions on offer from the company.
The mother of five captioned the video: “I’ve used @skinnyfoodco products for many years now as healthier alternative products they’re great for prepping that summer body.
“Here’s what I eat in a day when calorie counting to ensure I’m in a calorie deficit and maintaining a balanced diet.
“Huge thanks to Skinny Food Co for putting so many great products back on the menu.”
Former A Celebrity star Katie started off her day with Skinny Food Co porridge, before having a quick coffee – flavoured with zero calorie syrup – and a snack in the car.
She then filmed herself making several of low calorie meals, including a ham and cheese baguette for her lunch and a curry for dinner.
At the end of the video, Katie revealed she had consumed 993 calories.
According to the NHS website, the recommended intake for women is 2,000 per day.
The TV star sparked concern as fans pointed out she wasn’t consuming enough food and wasn’t eating any fruit or vegetables.
Taking to Instagram, one fan commented: “Please add fruit and veg to your diet. All that processed stuff isn’t good for anyone long term.”
Another pointed out: “No vegetables, salad on sandwich or fruit anywhere in sight.’
While. a third person said: “993 calories isn’t enough for a whole day.”
However, others seemed impressed and said they were glad to see Katie looking “healthy and happy”.
