Kim Kardashian has admitted to getting cosmetic surgery in the latest season of The Kardashians.
The reality star revealed the bizarre location of her botox injection in a clip from the popular reality TV show.
The 42-year-old posted a clip of the latest season to her snapchat on Tuesday (May 23) and she hinted at the drama to come between the iconic sisters.

In one moment toward the end of the clip, Kim spoke to a voice coach as the sisters took on a new venture.
The voiceover said: “We’re recording an album. They’re making us do singing lessons.”
The video then showed Kim during a lesson, with the voice coach explaining: “I’m using muscles in the neck.”
Kim then replied by saying: “Half of mine are probably Botoxed, so I can’t, like…”
This comes after the star revealed she is planning on taking her time in finding a new partner in a bid to avoid making the “same mistakes” she has in the past.
Kim has been single since splitting from former beau Pete Davidson in August 2022, but admits she will always be a “hopeless romantic”.
Speaking on the latest On Purpose With Jay Shetty podcast, the SKIMS founder said there are “many factors” to consider when entering into a new relationship, particularly when you’re a mother of four.
Kim said: “I definitely will take my time, and I think there are so many factors especially when you have kids and being mindful of people that enter in your life.”
She continued: “If I can look at everything that I did wrong and try to not make the same mistakes and really take my time, I think it just has to be different for me.
“I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone and love creating a life with someone.”
Despite being married three times in the past, the star said she isn’t in any rush to find love again and stressed that keeping herself busy is preventing her from feeling lonely.
