Laura Whitmore avoided the traditional type of Mother’s Day post when she posted a photo of her boobs “almost exploding” on Sunday (March 19).
The former Love Island star welcomed her first child Stevie with her partner Iain Stirling in March 2021 and has been enjoying what motherhood has to offer.
But in her latest post, Laura reflected on a time her breast became painful when she was unable to use her breast pump.

Sharing a full frontal pic of her boobs she wrote: “Throwback to that time my breast pump broke the first night away from my baby and my t*ts almost exploded.
She then added, jokingly: “Happy Mother’s Day all!”
Fans rushed to support the presenter on her very honest post, with some admitting they can relate to the issue.
One social media user wrote: “Every woman who’s every breastfed realising that this is pain on a new level.”
Another chimed: “Oh gosh I remember that feeling well! The joys of motherhood- Happy Mothers Day.”
A third said: “I actually feel the pain of this picture all too much.”
While a fourth shared: “Literally felt the pain of engorgement seeing this.”
Fans also praised Laura for her honesty, with one writing: “Absolutely love the reality shot, we need more like this for expecting women so it’s not such a shock when it happens.”
Last year, Laura, 37, spoke about openly about becoming a parent and said: “It’s lovely.
“It changes your priorities a lot. If you have a fur baby, or a baby with less fur, it does change your priorities and puts everything in perspective.”
Laura stepped down from her role as Love Island host in 2022 and was replaced by current presenter Maya Jama.
The TV star previously explained that she had found certain aspects of the hosting role “very difficult”, which led her to quit the popular dating show.
Last month, she told fans that on her socials that she had been given her very own TV show, writing: “My own chat show on ITV1, ah sure go on so!”
Laura’s new programme is set to air on Sundays and will cover lifestyle, entertainment, celebrity guests and topical conversations.
In addition to this, dhe is also filming her own documentary series, Laura Whitmore Investigates, which will air later on this year.
