Loose Women viewers have begged producers for a “refreshing” change in format as they’re reunited with the Loose Men.
The Loose Men edition of the show aired in October last year with a panel made up of Diversity’s Jordan Banjo, This Morning host Andi Peters, The Chase Shaun Wallace and Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba.
As the all-male panel joined the Loose Women to chat about their recent Royal Television Society award, fans didn’t hold back as they issued a plea to ITV bosses.
“Really think they need to do #loosemen once a month or even once a week,” one tweeted.
“Why don’t they do #loosemen more often, maybe once a week to replace #LooseWomen one day,” a second put.
A third added: “I genuinely believe that @loosewomen should host #LooseMen more regularly. Maybe similar to @thismorning, where the women do Mon-Thur and the men every Friday. It’s not on enough.”
During the episode, the Loose Men, who appeared during Black History Month, discussed issues such as body dysmorphia and the last time they cried.Ore also opened up about his experience with panic attacks and how he had one in front of his wife for the first time.
“I was still on tour and the guilt that came with that was huge,” he told the panel at the time. “Getting back to being a parent… trying not to feel that you’re a terrible dad, trying to feel like you’re not a terrible husband, and also trying to put food on the table.
“We’d spent three months trying to move house and in that time my little boy was starting school and all the pressures were starting to build up.
“For me, I felt like I was pretending. As parents, you spent a long time trying to deflect all of that adult stuff away from your children,” he added.
“I just blew up into floods of tears. It was another anxiety attack. It was the first time my wife saw it and didn’t know how to react, but she was amazing and really supportive.”
