Love Island fans were not too happy and claimed the producers “set up” a rather awkward moment on the show.
The hit ITV2 dating series was back for another instalment on Friday (June 23) and it definitely delivered the drama.
Previous Islander Kady McDermott made a bombshell return, while the girls were out of the villa, and soon got plenty of the boys’ attention.

Later on, Ty appeared and told his co-stars how they should take a selfie with Kady to send to the girls – who were enjoying a spa break.
The islanders, and Kady, all huddled together for the selfie before Ty sent it.
As expected the girls were left floored to see the show alum nestled between their boys.
But viewers reckon it wasn’t Ty who suggested taking a selfie – and instead think it was down to the show’s producers.
“Everyone saying Ty is a menace for “coming up with the idea” of sending the text….. yeah like the producers didn’t tell them to do it,” said one viewer.
Another added: “Those selfies were obviously the producers idea.”
“Producers, you’re not sly,” penned a third viewer, while someone else said: “Producers make it so bait that they’re giving instructions.”
A fifth agreed: “It’s a shame the producers are over producing this season coz this cast is unhinged. They don’t need producing.”
A sixth also said: “That selfie is so forced,” as another wrote: “Like you can’t fool me. Tyrique sending that picture and the girls taking a selfie at the exact same time that message came in is giving producer driven!!”
It was a dramatic episode to say the least as Molly Marsh was dumped from the villa in the show’s “biggest twist ever.”
The 21-year-old star was forced to leave the villa during Friday’s dramatic episode after losing her man Zachariah Noble to new arrival Kady McDermott.
In one of the show’s most brutal ever eliminations, Kady was forced couple up with one of the boys in the villa.
Each boy is currently in the couple which meant that the brunette pocket rocket had a tough decision to make.
She eventually decided to pick Zach but, in a Love Island twist, her decision meant that his partner Molly had to be sent home and leave the villa with immediate effect.
